Excited to announce that one of my favorite photos has been selected in the Nature's Best Photography Contest as a Highly Honored Photo in the Animal Antics Category. I am honored to have this distinction. And especially with a photo of a moose, one of my favorite subjects. When I took this photo it was actually quite the shit-show. People everywhere. Moose everywhere. And I stopped to capture an unusual and special moment of Hoback trying to spar with our Jeep Grand Cherokee. And Papa, our stuffed moose is looking at the biggest and baddest moose through the windshield from the safety of the car. You don't need to go far. You don't need to have exotic subjects. But you can capture a common subject in a special situation.
